Tien Chi
Tien Chi born in Jiangsu,China. Tien is the grand-nephew of the noted modern Chinese artist Wu Hufan. In 1965,he studied Chinese painting with Pan Tianshou。He moved to Hong Kong in 1981 and later studied Western painting with the well-known art critics Nane Stem in France in 1986.
His works were selected for “Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition”(Hong Kong Museum of Art)for times and featured in his solo exhibition “Hong Kong Artists Series:Tien Chi”(Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre,Hong Kong- 1996).Tien was awarded the “Urban Council Fine Arts Award(Painting Chinese Media)”(Hong Kong Museum of Art- 1996).
