Chan Keng Tin, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the Chinese Culture University of Taiwan in 2003. Between 2008 and 2010, he studied landscape painting at the China National Academy of Painting in Beijing. Chan is member of Chinese Ink Painting Institute Hong Kong, visiting artist of Shenzhen Fine Art Institute and lecturer of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. 

His work Memory for Tour to Tailu Mountain was awarded the 11th National Art Exhibition, China (2009). In 2012, his work Cloud and Sea was awarded the Hong Kong Contemporary Art Awards which presented by the Hong Kong Museum of Art, and the work The Buddhist Subtleties 01 was awarded the 12th National Art Exhibition, China (2014). His work Solitary in Dong Yuan was awarded The 13th National Exhibition of Fine Art (2019).
